Stuck in every loeading screen
I don’t know if it’s my single case or not , but after the last minipatch i cannot login with WTFast anymore , and now running the game normally i have no problem anymore!!!! i’m still playing right now on gandara in lv 80 places with many other people and no lag.

I’m still hoping to see it fixed for good this time…
I played from 22:00 to 1:00 so today i’ll try it again and see if the problem return
I have been able to play yesterday evening, from 18.00 to 23.00,
with a very little latency and 1 disconnection (during the “server will restart in 3h period”). My character is a charr, in the 50-60 charr zone, so probably there are not so many players and “traffic” in that particular zone. My other character was in Black Citadel, and trying to login only carry me to a series of disconnections.
Fastweb is working on a Technical Ticket I opened on Monday, and they contacted me yesterday telling they are into it and probably will all be restored today.
Can i link the fastweb fb page ? because they answered to our request and say that at least today they’ll solve every problem

wtfast is not 1 solution cause they can read your login and password, and if you use gem store they can read credit card info too, there is no guarantee, i don’t want use 3rd programm with high scam risk, i hope they fix this problem soon

Better than the last days, no more disconnections but i still suffer a bit of lag, with heavy spikes sometimes..
Fastweb ( fiber ) here, no issue since yesterday evening.

Same problem … Fastweb I told him to fix the problem, but I get only false promises and inconsistent responses. The possibility for Italian players to participate in “Lost Shores” is remote indeed. Anet please give us a chance to participate in this unique event, we are doing everything possible to encourage the Fastweb, but they are proving incapable and uninterested.

Same here, infostrada still random disconnects, not th eonly with infostrada, other guild m8 have the same prob. Tuscany, florence….
I wan’t use a 3rd party tool that stores mi data and cc info btw, anynews guys?
Errors are back in italy with FASTWEB as months ago.please arenanet contact Fastweb and resolve this issue,alot of Fastweb users in all italy are experiencing this issue,it’s impossible to play,terrible lag and crash each 2 minuts.

For anyone still experiencing this issue I would recommend creating a support ticket. This makes it MUCH easier for us to collect data, troubleshoot, and to further investigate this issue. The sticky thread below should give you some more info on contacting support:
