It happend to me lots times alrdy. When I was doing a free tournament pvp and when I died in the “arena” maps , I hit respawn. Then the loading screen just didn’t go away. I could still hear the battle near my position (where I died) and the loading screen went away when the battle was over.

Same here.. (sounds and all). Very annoying cause I also cant close the game down in a normal way.

Refresh any info or sloution? trying all graphic drivers from 12.1 to 12.6 nothing … Read all post in forums with similar problems nobody have solution yet Send ticket to arena info that they gona look on it … its rly anoyign when team on turnament stay 4v5 becasue loading screen after dead frezes…

Bump – Happens to me as well, really annoying having to Alt+F4 and go through two load screens just to get back in (area where you logged out then loading screen to transfer back into the match)

i’m having the same problem in spvp as well. the loading screen will hang after i die and won’t load again until the map changes.

Since the last patch I have this issue almost all the times. It’s getting ridiculous.

Yeah its happening in the middle of none tournaments also, here ill run the game adv program and give you the info

I never had this problem before the 7/10 patch. The game is completely unplayable for me now. 9 out of 10 death’s in sPVP I have the loading screen bug.

So not only the unlogical nerfs but now also completely gamebreaking new bugs with patches. This game is going straight the way that SWTOR has gone…

Yea I’ve never ran into this before, I decided to jump back on for some pvp and this kept happening. I can hear all the sfx, But the loading screen just keeps loading and loading. Forcing me to shut down the game. Hope you guys can address the issue quick, As Spvp is one of my top activities in the game.

This is my gameadvisor report. Again, I never had this problem before the 7/10 patch. Not once. Now I have it ALL THE TIME. You gotta fix this fast, PVP is completely unplayable like this.

This bug NEEDS to go. PvP is currently unplayable.

Ever since the patch from yesterday I’ve been getting massive delay, lag and sometimes i get stuck in loading screen. The Pvp is horrid and unplayable.

Please get this fixed…it is annoying…I am not playing GW2 until it is fixed…

PvPing is my favorite aspect of the game but with having to restart the game every 9/10 deaths it is pretty much unplayable for me. Note though, the test shows an intel graphics card for the test, but when the game is running it uses the Nvidia GPU my laptop has.

My team and I also have this problem. The latest patch did this, because it never happened to us before.

same with my team, this is so painfully frustrating when you are winning and all of a sudden have to crash yourself out to come back to a losing game lol

The funny thing is this bug has been around since the Beta Weekends. We’ve reported it repeatedly. I love how they pretend that this is something new and somehow surprises them. What can you expect from a developer that refuses to properly test content, though.

Same problem. Pretty much can’t pvp at all =/ I have had this problem for the last couple weeks, but it was only ~1 per night. Now it is about 1/3 deaths im getting stuck at loading screen.

I had the urge to go play pvp today, then my loading screen got stuck everytime i died.. quite anoyng i must say.
Needs to be fixed as soon as possible~

Exactly the same thing. EB battleground, then enter puzzle and then loading screen until I kill the client.

Still happens to me in sPvP. At least once every few games.

Stuck in loading screen again!

Im a main pvper to the game and since this happen, it frustrates me to even play the game. My observation is java script tends to balance the game and when you rev. you are stuck between two factions because the bug is passive. this should be the top priority to patch. COOLBOY OUT!

I’m still getting this as well. Happened yesterday and literally 2 times in a row just now.
This really should be high priority. I have no idea why this bug would still be in game after all this time.

This bug is still present for me as well. I’ve had 3 or 4 games lock up on the loading screen out of about 10 games today. Happens when I use the waypoint option after death. Interestingly, I left one frozen loading screen sit long enough that the sPVP match ended and I was carried into the next match normally.

have to wait for the game to end, then the next match starts normally.
