Guild Wars 2

Usually this game works very well for me, but today after I got off work I’m having this issue to when I start the game up, it stays on the black loading screen. I tried repairing but the problem is still there, any advice on how to fix this?

I’ve been having black screen come up while playing after about 15 min. I have to shut game down and restart each time.
