Hi,
My status is stuck on invisible, if i open my friend list and set myself to online I get the notification in the chat window that my presence status has been changed to online but I am still stuck on invisible, people cant whisper me and I cant talk in guild chat.
A really big issue and I need it fixed as fast as possible.

1) Support doesn’t man the forums, so they won’t be able to fix it. You would have to submit a ticket for support to access your issue.
2) The maintenance that is going on right now is causing all sorts of chat and online status issues. Sometimes relogging helps. Try that before looking at answer 1.
