So i wanted to send a request in for changing my email address. I had all the information they wanted including the serial code that i used to make my account. I KNOW 100% that is it the right code, but it continued to say it was invalid (which is extremely frustrating). Do you think they will still change my email? and do they not just have a phone number i can call for customer service? also will they just do it or will the notify me by email or something?

I’m not sure what ‘it’ is. If you submitted a ticket to change your email address, you will get a response to your email, and Customer Support (and only CS) will associate the new email address you give them with your game account. There is no other way to do so at this time. =)
