So i bought some style gear. I put them on the wrong character and can’t trade them then salvaged a piece by accident.

Waste of money. thinking about charging it back. zero support.

All i get is this stupid forum to complain on. Back to WOW seems to be coming to mind right now. Nice game, ruined by poor service.

Hmm, I don’t have any style gear to test it with, but, have you tried putting it on a non-soulbound piece of equipment to be able to trade it to the character you want using a Transmutation stone? I know you would prefer not to have to resort to using two stones just to transfer it from one character then to another’s armor.

As for the accidental salvaging, tough luck, Anet probably won’t fix that. They seem to be sticking to keeping the ACCOUNT-BOUND Rytlock mini to one per account rather than one per character. It’s not like it would screw up anything since you can’t trade them.

I think that when you modify a piece of equipment in anyway such as socketing gems it soulbinds it… could be wrong….

I don’t think this is an issue to quit the game over; just because you deleted a piece of gear by accident. It’s YOUR mistake, not theirs. A better method of approach is to over criticism, and a constructive suggestion as to make the game better. Not complain about it. It’s not like gear is crazy hard to get in this game anyway.

I completely agree, growing pains are to be expected, hate to loose you to wow, but they do have a reputation of catering to their users every whim… if that is what you are looking for ncsoft’s games are not the right ones for you.

Don’t worry. I agree entirely with you and I feel that mine was a huge ripoff, also.
