Sudden reboots only while playing GW2

About a week ago I started having random shutdowns while playing GW2. The computer instantly reboots with no warning after playing for a while. If I resume playing after booting, it happens more quickly. I would suspect a temperature problem but my CPU (i5-4690k stock speeds) stays under 75C under 100% stress test load, GPU (GTX 970 factory speeds) maxes at 76C in Furmark, and I can play other games (Overwatch, for example) for hours with no problems.

I’m using the 64-bit client with 8GB of RAM. I’ve tried a GW2 repair and a clean reinstall of graphics drivers so far. Any ideas?

Don’t know if this will help, but the newest NVidia driver causes issues with gw2 on my AMD based computer.. and the only solution I have found is to either revert to the oldest driver or to do the repair command on Guild Wars 2. If it is happening ever 45m or so, then the Repair Command is needed to fix the problem.

I’ve done a repair already. I’ll try the driver if the new RAM arriving today doesn’t help. Crashes take anywhere from 2 minutes to 3 hours.

Update:
New RAM didn’t help. Installed old driver, crashed within 2 minutes. All I’ve got left to replace is the power supply.

I think I finally solved it. I deleted the entire game and reinstalled fresh from the 64-bit installer, then deleted my local.dat as well. I played multiple hours last night with zero crashes.
