I already did that. My username is my email address.
Support account and game account are different. You may choose the same email, but still they are different.
That was made so that you can submit tickets even when you have no access to your account.
I know. But when I ask for the username for my support account, its my email. But when I input my username, which is my email address, I don’t get the email.
