I have a ticket in since Saturday. In the past, when I had an issue (only one awas three years ago) I had excellent service. I was answered in a matter of hours.

I will recognize this is a lower priority deal, but I see ticket activity every 11 hours or so, and it is a little disheartening.

I figured I would log in today, and even if A.Net could not help me, I would be told nope. No such luck.

Are you guys really slammed or something? Or was my previews service the fluke?

Update your original ticket.

If it has been more than 72 hours, post your ticket number in the Sticky, ‘Tickets for Review’.

They may have a bunch of CS folks on holiday. The week before Christmas as a not particularly productive week for most businesses.

I know where I’d rather be this time of year :p

Wintersday also just started back up so that may have brought in more people.

And to add on to what onevstheworld says, other players may be on their holidays and are picking the game back up.

And having issues they need support for.
