Tried a dozen times, but I have not gotten an email. I have done the whole, email, full name, and captcha deal, but it hasn’t sent me a verification email so I can see my stuff.
Any recommendations?

I’m using gmail, but it isn’t showing up in promotions, spam, or trash. I looked at that post, but am I missing a folder? I’ve even searched it in the search bar. I tried setting up another support account, using the same email, thinking maybe I spelt it wrong the first time, but it says the email is still waiting for confirmation. So I submitted to send another welcome email, and did that a few times.

As Gaile said in the linked thread, some issues need investigation. So please also share some of the following information:

1: how do you consult Gmail? browser on pc, phone app (wich mobile os and whats the name off the app), or do you use a dedicated mail program (name)?? are you using imap or pop3 access then?

2: have you ever marked guildwars 2mails as junk/spam or actually done the opposite to mark is as not junk/not spam?

I used first the iPad mail app, but then used the normal gmail web mail using chrome on my desktop.

I always love gw2 mails, so no, I’ve never marked it as spam. I also added support and forums to contacts.

Lilith — Thank you for this information. When you say “verification e-mail” are you speaking of a receipt? An authentication e-mail? It will help us troubleshoot — and believe me we are doing that! — if we know the exact type of e-mail you did not receive.

I’m sorry, what “support password” are you referring to? We don’t have support accounts any longer, you simply file a ticket by clicking “Support” above and then filling out a form, after which your conversation would take place via e-mail.

Are you trying to do a reset of your account password? (Sorry for my confusion!)

I am a bit confused. I have never had to use a captcha in any dealing with the game or support. And what ‘stuff’ are you trying to see? Do you mean entering the game? Trying to open a Support Account? Are you, perhaps, at a phishing site masking itself as Customer Support?

I have exactly same issue. I do not receive verification e-mail. By support password she probably means this site:

https://guildwars2.zendesk.com/access/login

I did not create account there yet it says it was created but not verified and that I should have received proper e-mail shortly. It just does not happen, I’m using gmail but it’s nowhere to found.
