Guild Wars 2

Please could someone help, I don’t know how to correct this.

I tried to go to the support page to log a support ticket, but the page will not load in Firefox and I get the following error:

You can access the Support site page via the ‘Support’ link on any other guildwars2.com page (such as Wiki, Releases, Media, Guildwars2.com [links above]). The error ‘bug’ only shows up on the forum, and only for some users.

It’s a problem with the certificate they’re using. They can’t modify the forums, so the link above is a redirect with an invalid certificate, hence the insecure warning.
