Hi there!

Been playing GW2 since Beta Weekend 3. Bought the code from a spanish retailer here in my country and never had any problems.

I got home from work today and couldnt log into GW2. My account has been suspended for “account reasons”. (Incident: 121101-000219) I didnt get any emails explaining the issue or anything so i contacted support as the message suggested.

They replied quite quickly asking for some information: code, account creation date, etc… and i have sent them all that info. Right after that i just received a mail from support….

“A Guild Wars 2 Support account was automatically created for you, but you will not be able to login to the support site until your password has been set….”

So ive set up the support account. My question is…. Am i suppoused to do anything else? or just wait for support to reply to the information i sent them?

You are not supposed to do anything else now, if you have provided all the required information, the support will look into your issue and help you.
