My husband and I bought the expansion pack last night and was able to play. This morning both of our accounts were suspended. We did submit a ticket. How long can we expect to wait for a response? Are we able to get a refund if this is not resolved?

That generally happens when your payment fails.

1-3 days.

Are we able to get a refund if this is not resolved?

If purchased through buy.guildwars2.com or through the in-game store. ArenaNet has a 30-day refund policy.

Typically, it can take up to 72 hours for a response to a ticket. Usually, however, response times are pretty quick (within 24 hours). As for a refund, if you bought the game directly from Anet, then a refund is an option. If, however, you bought from a third party, then you’d have to take it up with that seller.

And it’s possible that the payment is going to get reversed from the payment handler. Or your card will reverse it. Those don’t show up same day. Best to just wait to see what is exactly going on with your ticket.

Well if you bought from example g2a the seller there might have charged back making the key invalid.

I bought from the website. We both did. Still no response though. .. really wish they had a phone number.
