Have they sent you a return email? You should get one within the first 24 hours after sending off a ticket after you completed the support system setup. If you’ve gotten an email it should be fine, if not then wait a bit longer. I wouldn’t worry about it till after 2 days.
No not had a return email yet – its about 2 days since I logged the initial (intermittant) issue.

Sometimes they go to spam folders and other folders like that. Did you check all those?
If you did and you still can’t find your email, then I guess make another. They don’t like duplicate tickets so be sure to mention this and maybe they can resend the original email if they got the first ticket.
Urrgh spam mail checked. Sadly nothing there either.
Ironically since my last post I had the issue again (though seemed to be worse this time and caused the game to fatally crash – therefore sending an error report to ANet anyway)
Due to the above I will wait another day and see if anything comes of it before raising another ticket.

Just crashed out again – ive written an essay in the further info section of the crash report and said about the original ticket so fingers crossed.
This is getting really annoying now – loosing about 30 mins to and hour every night just trying to get into LA to log onto my main character.
Ok really sorry to keep banging on about this but im getting a little confused/worried.
Still having issues with crashes/log outs. Original support ticket was for some reason not showing up against my account in the “My stuff” area. Ive just tried to log into it to see if theres any linking or reply and today it wont even let me log in to my support area.
Its been 3 days since my original ticket. No email, nothing linking to the account and now cant get in.
Could someone please help?? Im starting to worry that theres a bigger problem happening here.

This seems clearly to be a Technical Support issue, so I should move it to that forum. However, I’ll try to help.
If you submitted a ticket, you should have received an immediate reply. If you did not, and you’ve checked all the usual suspects, like Junk, Spam, and Deleted, and if you’ve checked all those tabs in Gmail (if you have it), then you might want to submit a new ticket — something I very seldom recommend — and be sure that you begin that ticket by saying you submitted a ticket earlier — give the 12-digit ticket number — and explain that you did not receive a response and wanted to follow up.

Will do that then – unfortunately i dont know how to get the original 12 digit ticket number (as its not showing up in tracking and i stupidly didnt think to write it down).
