Support ticket..no reply ?
That is longer than I’ve ever had to wait, but considering the amount of bugs reported with the new patch, they may have an enormous volume of tickets to address.
I’m having a similar problem, but it has been a few weeks since I submitted a request. Is there any place where I can view my requests? Maybe I forgot to hit “send” or something xD
I got hacked last year, took half a week. let me restate " last year" the playerbase has gotten overly abundant since then = longer wait times for support help.
GW2 support was busy even before this patch. I submitted a ticket a couple weeks ago and the autoreplier was even kind enough to tell me that they were busy. And they just got back to me yesterday. So, just wait a little bit.

If it’s been more than seven days AND if you only submitted ONE support ticket, you can post your ticket number in the following forum thread so that they know to check it out. But keep in mind that support is still a bit backed up due to all the new accounts and all the old players coming back to play due to Expansion Hype.

Yea that happen to me too.. They didnt reply.. So I forgot about the issue, and who cares.. go on with your life…
