i buy HOT (digital key), i write the code on account manager, OK… HOT is done. After 2 days my accounut is suspended. Why? I dont understand.

Many account suspended because key bought from not authorize seller and key was bad. You need to make support ticket to fix. Link top of page.

Could take 7 day now support more busy with expansion. Could take not so long just have to wait for support to write you back. Also do not make another ticket if you do not hear from support soon. Making another ticket will slow response from Anet.

Could be some person buy it with stolen credit card then sell it. When person see charge on card they do not make they call bank and report this some day later. Then Anet find charge back for key many day later and key is then bad and account suspend. You should always buy from Anet authorize seller to not have problem like this.

it happens with me too. Todays I try make login on game and account suspended.
I buy HoT of G2Play, Anet validate Key, 2 days after cancel that upgrade. I geting my money back on g2play and make another order of Hot (ingame), play 2 days on expansion and now suspended ?????

Same story here. I purchased HoT originally from g2play friday, played 2hours, next day account was downgraded. I got refund from g2play. Yesterday I purchased HoT from ingame store and now my account is suspended. What the ****?

Because your seller used a stolen CC to get the serial from Anet and the bank system finally caught up with the theft and no money went to anet—so anet shut it down.

Checking to see if you are legit??? You used a site that uses fraudulent methods to get keys, so you have a history now. Use the support function and ask and put in a ticket.

Seriously…the brand new expansion costs $50 and people are selling the keys for the prices in the screenshot below AND this doesn’t seem suspicious at all?
