Guild Wars 2

Hello!

A couple days ago, my account was suspended for an account issue. I have already submitted a ticket but no one has even gotten back to me on why my account was suspended other than they are looking into it. I do have an error code 45:6:3:2114. Does anyone know exactly what this is? I havent talked to anyone in game other than 1 friend who plays, nor have I cursed nor harrassed anyone. I have been playing mostly solo since I bought the game (on Black Friday sale) and mainly hung out around the human starting area and a little in the norn area. All of a sudden I could not log in and my account has been suspended. After looking up the code, I see that it is usually a name flag (mine is Anarchy or a variation of it) or buying from an unauthorized seller (bought on the GW2 website). I dont see any problems with either of the above so while I am not asking to resolve my ticket immediately, what I am asking is what this error code is so i can have a better understanding of what I may have done wrong.

same here, opened a ticket after beeing suspended for 3 days now without given any reason… ticket 121127-001175

I have been unable to access my account for 3 days as well. Did you get the game on the Black Friday sale?

no got the key from a friend who bought a bunch at release of the game. kinda thinkin’ that there was something wrong with my ingame names (Theokolius & Theo Parish) but no reason given from ANet. It’s very dissappointing right now to get banned and not even knowing why …thx 4 this

Remember to not open more than one ticket, but update the one you have if needed.
