I need some clarification on the above issue. I have browsed through the previous threads which other user have posted that are similar to my case. What I have understood was that they are able to rename the character which seem offensive shortly after the banned. If repeated offence then they are given 3 days suspension. But to what I know, this is my first time having this “unacceptable name” popped up. And it have stated 3 days then I’m able to access to my account. I have submitted my ticket yesterday. And I really wants to know when can my account be reinstate. As i’m still puzzled of which character seem offensive. Hope I can get some answer from here. Thanks.

You are correct, you’re not supposed to get suspended for the first naming offense. I’m guessing based on your post, that English is not your first language? So I can see how you might have made an error.

You could try logging into each character, even before the 3 days is up, and see if it asks you to rename one of them, but if you’re not a native English speaker I’d suggest just waiting for a reply to the ticket, since you may need the help to choose something that’s clear.

Thanks for the reply. Right now, I can’t even login to my account at all. After I have keyed in my password, the notification will pop up. As for naming my characters, I chose those feminine names as mostly my characters are female. So even English is not my main, I believe that it won’t cause any issue to that.

you posted your ticket yesterday. It is very well possible they made a mistake, but unfortunately you need to wait till it is your turn in the queue.

I’m pretty sure everything will be cleared that way.
