I am posting this on behalf of my friend who has had his account suspended with no reason why. He has put in support tickets and not one of them has yielded a reason as to why his account was suspended. only emails from ncsoft like this : Hi,

please look into why he was suspended he feels this is a big mistake on anets part that should have been solved days ago..

Obsidian Decay.3468 is the account in question

When he tries to sign in there should be a reason listed as to why his account was suspended.

There is a 3-day ticket sticky the ticket number can be added to if 3 days have passed since (a) the ticket was last updated by your friend and (b) no response was received. Posting the ticket number here, outside the 3-day sticky thread, won’t help your friend get faster resolution.

Just to add on what Gassy said. Ask your friend to check spam-folders.
The mail with the Survey is received at the same time (often earlier) as the answer support is giving you. They are sent by different emailadresses.

The emailadress support is using is also used by some bad people who are sending out phising emails. Your friend or your friends emailprovider might therefor have marked the mail from support itself as spam.

If thats not it you should post the ticket number in the sticky as the ticket is older then 3 days and unanswered.
