Hello,

My account have been suspended since 31/10/12.

The Key was apparently refunded but why ? I don’t know if it was fraud or not …, obviously, I have didn’t ask for a refund.

I have already purchase a new key at an officiel retailers (The key is in the tickets)

I have sent one ticket the 03/11/12 in french and an another one the 06/11/12 in english.

My ticket in english was put on the ticket in french by the GM Anthony but no answer at all

I gave you all the informations you need on the tickets.

Please help me.

Which retailer did you buy the game from? It looks like a lot of people got caught up in an account verification sweep. If a large number of people have indeed been caught in this sweep, it may take a while to sort out. Especially as the support team isnt very large.

I bought the key at an online retailer, but not “official” for 50$ the 30/08/12, I was unable to buy on the official website because of a bug of my credit card with them which is now solved …

The retailer seemed legit until my account got suspended -_- (3 months after the purchase)

I will never buy again on this kind of site which seems legit …

I hope a CM/GM will reply Monday :/

Goforce: To clear those problem s might take a while. I am waiting for 14 days now. Im not saying this is the usual waiting time, just so you know it might not b as fast as you expect so you dont get too mad on waiting a little.

Gaile just updated his post and my tickets are there : “121103-000852, 121106-002471 Ticket in fraud queue; awaiting review”

So i will wait :/
