I just bought the game, have been playing for a few days no problem. Today I go to log in, see that I am downloading. Ok, a patch I assume. On trying to log in however, it says my account has been suspended for an account issue.

Does this happen often when a patch is being downloaded? Will the issue go away once the download is complete? I am downloading quite a lot, it seems, already over 1.2 GB I think and still quite a bit to go.

What exactly is happening, and why would my account be suspended? All I’ve done is play the game and make 1 post looking for a guild in the forums. Kind of confused, hoping to see if anyone knows if this is a standard issue or not. Thanks.

You’ll need to open a ticket through the Support option. Most likely what has happened is a false flag or something of the sort. Customer Support does take a while to review any suspensions though, and a few things that will help expedite the process will be to include your email, character name, and serial number for the game…not here of course. As a forewarning, only open one ticket and see it through as it may take a week or so to correct. Sometimes less depending on the circumstances of the suspension.

Did you buy the account from the official page for from somewhere else?
