Well to start with, you won’t get an answer here.
For an answer you will need to contact support.
If i don’t get an answer here, i will take my money elsewhere.

How is the forum supposed to do anything about this? You will not get your answer here.

Submit a ticket and get your answer, if they were mistaken they will correct it. But we, players, can’t.
If you haven’t done so, go ahead and fill out a support ticket. They should answer all your questions there. This forum is for people who want their tickets reviewed after 3 days.

You really need to learn what your are entitled to. And learn to read the whole response. I’m going to bet that it wasn’t just the use of the 1 word “noob”. Gail tends to come here and post not exact quotes, but the amount of times you said something they consider inappropriate. Are you sure you’re ready to be called out?

Anyway, it’s Saturday morning. While Gaile might post and tell you exactly why you were suspended, more than likely she is enjoying her weekend and won’t be back till Monday.
By the way, people have come to this forum before and claimed they only used the word noob or something similar. Each time, she has checked and it was for multiple uses of profanity and abusive language.

Perhaps, it was some kind of behavior, and not the language used. I am not sure what actions illicit which suspension messages.
I’ll contact customer support then and not take it on the forums then.
