About five minutes before the TP went to maintenance, I was purchasing a full set of Khilibron’s armor for my necro. I clicked on the purchase now button for each piece, and each time it sat there for about 30 seconds, then came back with the typical red error message “Sorry, your order did not go through yada yada”. It was very slow and laggy, so I figured no big deal. I went to check on the nfl scores, came back and noticed that I was about 90g short of what I had before I left.

I immediately opened the TP and sure enough, it had purchased all the items that had originally errored out. Not only did it do that, it purchased multiples of three of the items, for a total of 27g more than it should have been. Being that I only clicked each item once to purchase, I am not sure how or why it purchased a 2nd set of the gloves, leggings and boots, but it did and now I am 27g in the hole more than I should be.

My question is, am I boned or will Anet do the right thing and refund the extra items purchased? If I am at fault, I would man up to it and deal, but lag and maintenance is not on me. That’s on Anet, and I feel that I should have something fixed here.
