Tech support is taking awhile to respond
Do not make another ticket because that will slow down response more for you problem. Support very busy now because expansion. Sticky above use to say if do not get response in 3 day and they change it to 7 day. So you probably will get response but not fast as before expansion. You just have to wait. If after 7 day no response post in sticky thread.
Sending a new ticket usually only slows things down.
The Support department is extremely busy from what I’ve heared due to HoT’s launch.
Just give them some time.
What you could do, however, is maybe update your ticket with a new reply.
Gotcha, I’ve been so used to tech support answering me and solving everything in less than 12 hours. I suppose I may have been spoiled, but thanks for re-assurance. I will wait a bit further.
