The account does'nt working
Your friend can go to this website, go to support and file a support ticket.
Keep in mind that it takes up to 72 hours max for support to reply (often quicker). He gets a support ticket (it appears on screen atfer making it). If he doesnt get an answer in 72 hours, ask him for the ticket number and post it in the sticky called ‘tickets for review’.

There has not been sent any reply to my friend’s request for 3 days now (after your last reply). I would like to know what is going on and the reason that he can not log in to his account or even here on the forum. This does not look good. If you have a communication problem with his e-mail or anything like that, you can contact to me, so we will try to find the best possible solution.
Also, i would like to complaint about the limited ways there are to contact ArenaNet. This is something you should keen on finding a better way to support such issues.
