From yesterday (two days ago, never happene
d), this message -with the crash of the game- always appears after few seconds before login: the game client lost its connection to the server (7:11:3:189:111). It’s frustrating.
Maybe, can be less frustrating if anybody from the G.W’s staff tells me what’s going on.
Please.

i’ve got the same problem, but since days.
the message appears every time i play, after 5 mins or after 1 hour, it isn’t always the same time.
sometimes it bring me back to the characters selection page, some other i need to restart the game..

i use a Mac pro 13’ bought 1 month ago, i5 dual core 2,5 ghz.

I have a similar error sometimes—just not sure about the error code, will try to note it the next time it happens—, but it happens both on Windows and on OS X. Not sure if it’s a game error or a network error, maybe it’s just my ISP messing up my internet connection.

I do not understand all the game ‘crashing’ problems when a so called server disconnect happens.

If I am in game playing with lots of players around me and in game NPCs and then I turn off my router therefore causing a server disconnect the game does not crash as such. I find myself in exactly the area of the game but with no NPCs or other players and I can run around quite happily. No black screen, no computer crash, no game client lost it’s connection to the server (7:11:3:189:111) messages.

Right, it’s not a crash (…what a terrible mistake!). It’s a continuous ad annoying interruption of the game experience.
But it’s not a router’s fault. My router is ok. It’s new, speedy, and everything with him is all perfect; everything, but not G.W.2.

same problem here both on mac and pc, it happens in the early afternoon (Rome gmt+1) at 2 o clock, i don’t know if it is the time of the day or the mao i’m in, it usually stop happening in low level maps and cities

Just had it happen twice to me. I was in Snowden Drifts looking at the Trading Post and after only a few minutes it would say, “the server lost connection,” then it would take me to the character selection screen. Yet a bit early today I played for several hours and it never once did that.
