Im experiencing the same problem as everyone else. I say, just stop blaming it on each other Verizon and Anet. Please just fix it asap, i paid for this and so has many players. We just want the game fixed, so we can play. Please.

Your assumption that EVERYONE is having some sort of problem is part of the problem.

If you are discussing the update issue via Verizon/FIOS, I’m not sure what you expect Anet to do about a Internet Provider not allowing file downloads to go thru to their customers….. If any other of Anet’s customers were having the issues, your comments would not be out of place, but other are NOT having any issues….kind of puts the spotlight on ONE culprit.

Actually there are other threads about this issue if you haven’t noticed.
