Hello, today had thought acquire the HoT expansion but when paying with my credit card I have this message “The payment authorization failed.” My credit card is enabled for online purchases, I wonder if ArenaNet puts restriction purchase, any “security” to prevent fraud that must be unlocked to buy. I sent a ticket but still not have solution (Nr ticket.2296990). I wonder if someone happened the same thing. Thank you. (sorry for my english)

A few minutes ago I answer ArenaNet and solved the problem, buy the expansion and got my code. Thank you very much for the speed. I think the problem is transactions security, they have to unlock your account, my ticket was send today and I have the reply at the same day incredible!!

Same here I got Payment Authorization Failed, I tried paying via paypal and credit card, in-game and website. I called my bank and they said they don’t have a transaction fail
on their end or even an attempt. I don’t even see anything on paypal’s site. I put in a
ticket also 2297457, I hope I can still get the sale price. I tried getting HoT deluxe.

I also got an error after trying to purchase through PayPal (like 3 or 4 times)
It said to try again later, so I did, but the error just keep occuring..

After trying to confirm the purchase through PayPal i’ve been redirected to a page hosted on this site “https://cdn.fatfoogoo.com….” and gotten this error: http://puu.sh/qh9pL/a93b8503c0.png

I also sent a support ticket but still didn’t get an answer..
I hope this will be resolved soon and that if they don’t answer me in time i’ll still get to purchase the expansion at 25$
