So I had a ticket in for about 14 days, took 14 days to get a GM to email me. I destroyed some things needed for my legendary armor and was told by a GM that I would have them replaced for me. Now after 24 hours this GM has not emailed me back after requesting from me “more information about the items in question” although it’s already been stated that they would replace them for me? They stated in the email “I will stand by for your response”…. I’ve sent this information they requested and they have not responded in over a day… when I’m supposedly at the top of the queue now?
Can you guys PLEAAAAAASE just do this for me and stop making me wait around for… what? I don’t know exactly…
