Ticket no response for five days....
Submitting multiple tickets can slow response time. Consider closing your second ticket. You can do so by replying to the email and stating it is a duplicate ticket and ask them to close it. That said you can post your first ticket in the sticky thread at the top of this forum that is for review of tickets 3 days and older.

Thank you for your reply. Yes I did. I submitted my first ticket 5 days ago and the second 3 days ago and havent heard anything from both. I feel so hopeless now because the longer it waits, the less likely they will be able to restore my account.
Last time I contacted support, it took about 2 hours but this time it is taking forever and ever.
The Account Restoration Tool uses a snapshot taken before any compromise. Thus, time taken to respond to your request won’t affect any restoration(s).
Be aware; Account Restorations are one of the most time-costly requests fulfilled.

I get the impatience, but dont expect a quick response.
Complain after a few weeks of no response.
First, you will want to close the duplicate ticket. Second, drop you original ticket number here: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/support/GW2-Tickets-for-Review-3-days-older-2/page/3#post5117014 . They set this sticky thread up to help in cases such as yours.
