Five days with no response. I’m getting agitated. If you are unable to keep up with tickets you need to hire more staff. Customer support should be top of the list when providing ANY service, not the sale of random in game shadow dyes.

It’s a shame I had to wait this long, and have to hound a company to get my support request taken care off. You say good luck? Why? Cause I probably need it? Of that I’m sure I have no doubt.
