Ticket opened at 08/25/2012 and still not solved. Really?

Ok guys I think we all should get this straight like grown ups right? Please, no more SOON™ just give us a straight answer, Gaile said support been working on a fix for the deleted CE/DDE items for weeks ( which wasn’t given any warning about they being sent once per account, especially the Mini ) he said even a distribution already been made, now answers us, how COME people that opened tickets at 8/25 didn’t get in that list? HOW COME that people got their tickets closed without ANY REPLY, now my friend you guys say you are working on it, after MANY closed tickets I get THIS answer:
“Hi there,
I apologize for the late response. We are aware of this issue and are working hard on finding a solution to this. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.
Please feel free to contact us again, we will be happy to assist you."
What did this answer? NOTHING. Didn’t even said I will be getting my stuff back, man when is soon? you guys been working hard on it for weeks, how come exploiters and hacked people have their problem solved by dozens while we wait in the corner? why leave us in the dust?
Here is my ticket closed on 08/25/2012 – 120825-005264 for Proof
and my ticket that got that answer 120917-003642.
I hope we get a straight answer now just as honest as my post.

Wow Anet, how come you didn’t give these people a reply? they deserve at least an update on the situation not that copy and paste replies lol! I would be as angry as this guy If I were in his shoes.

If no one is answering you on the suport put your informations there. =)

Yeah I tried but what I got was “we are working on it” sigh
working on what? they’ve been working on it for weeks and when they did something they ignored people who opened the ticket on 8/25 so whats the point?
