Hello im asking about ticket 935170 ’s progress for a friend who cannot access his account nor the forums due to a change in his email, he submitted a ticket over 5 days ago and still has no reply.

Did he receive the automatic “we got your request” reply email?

If not, then they likely did respond to him but his email is blocking the response. He should ensure that their address is not on his block list (if a hacker got into his email, blocking ArenaNet is usually the first thing they do).
