Since I can’t seem to submit a support ticket I guess I’ll put this here; I recently (yesterday evening) bought the digital delux edition upgrade and am very dissipointed I did and am wondering if its possible to be refunded the 2000 gems

What do you mean ‘it doesn’t work’? You can not send an email? Do your emails get returned? Or fail to send?

When I hit submit a request I comes up with a page that only says submit request

Did you choose a category from the drop-down menu on the ‘Submit a Request’ page? That starts the process.

No because for me there isn’t a drop down menu

Have you tried using a different browser? Or, alternately, you may still be able to contact CS by sending an email to support@guildwars2.com
