To submit a support request, you need only email support. Top of this page – Support – Top Right of that Page – Submit a Request.
I know how but it dosnt work

What do you mean ‘it doesn’t work’? You can not send an email? Do your emails get returned? Or fail to send?
When I hit submit a request I comes up with a page that only says submit request

Did you choose a category from the drop-down menu on the ‘Submit a Request’ page? That starts the process.
No because for me there isn’t a drop down menu

Have you tried using a different browser? Or, alternately, you may still be able to contact CS by sending an email to support@guildwars2.com
Not sure why your particular support page doesn’t work. Good luck.
