In my other post about being suspended for an inappropriate name you said that my suspension will be lifted (which I appreciate very much), but I am not able to log onto the game. Is this because I still need to change my account names? If so how can I do that because I cant log in.

They already changed your account name. Did you change your characters names, all the ones that had the hold put on them? If you haven’t, you need to do that.
If you did that and still can’t play perhaps the ok to play didn’t get to the support person handling your ticket or the release to play didn’t work. You should update it and let them know.
Ah, I see. It was my understanding you could at least get to the character screen since you got released. Well, that’s annoying. :/
It’s about midnight for her if she lives on the west coast. Which means she probably won’t be back on the forum for another 12 hours, give or take a while. Your best bet is to update your ticket to see if support can resolve it and check back here in about 12 hours if you are still locked out to see if she is posting on the forum.
