Thread title pretty much explains what my issue is.

The ticket was created 08/27/2012, I understand that the ANET team is busy, but it’s been over a week now (today is 09/05/2012)

Any help would be appreciated. It would be awesome if I had a response today.

I have the same issue, filed an support ticket and have yet to get a reply. I don’t recall what the ticket number was as I don’t usually keep a pen and paper handy while playing. Sucks that they don’t send email confirmations of support tickets like most games.

I also used the pvp tome and that one worked, giving me 5000 glory which I didn’t really want anyway. Also not able to use the Mistfire wolf Epic even though I am nearly level 50.

I know they are swamped with issues and tickets, some which have been submitted multiple times. Still it would be nice to get some response on how long to expect to wait for an reply.

I have had a ticket in for the same thing since 9/26 or 9/27. Only response I ever got was the, “hey, we got your ticket” thing. I also asked them if there was any way I could be refunded some gems because the character (and bag space that was purchased) was deleted.

There are higher priority tickets at the moment, most likely.

Maybe, but I am still waiting for my response nearly a month later. I know they are busy and all, but this is a little crazy. lol
