Okay so since the update I’ve lost my toy broom, it never turned into an inventory item like it should have so I don’t have it anymore? is there anyway to get it back, I’m just not happy that I paid for the broom and now it’s gone, I would of posted sooner but I thought it might come back if I buy an outfit but it didn’t, so what do I do?

i just realized it was gone as well it dosent show when i use the town clothes, though someone told me it was part of costume brawl, but i have not found a way to get to it, and i’m not finding anything in searches for toys…

I can’t find anything in searches for toys either, I’ve been googling for ages and nobody has posted anything about it.

well there is a forum post that “Gaile Gray.6029:
579528 – The agents have explained multiple times: We do not refund for toys. You do not meet the criteria for those items.”
but i am totally confused why there has not at the least been some sort of e-mail to the players about this ,,which would go a long way in at the least not make people so indignante.

I saw that but I figured it was about if you accidentally bought a toy you didn’t want not if it had vanished on behalf of Anets update, it’d be nice to know as to where our toys went after some of us spent real money for them.

Have you checked with the same NPCs you need to check for Town clothing?

Did you make it clear in your message to support that you didn’t delete it or the character it’s on, that it simply vanished after the patch?

i searched here first will be making a report as soon as i calm down that you for the point will list them, & yes still cant find it, after 4 trades, i realized that the trader was saiying all trades were final,,which has me thinking if it was on one of my toons that traded for the “tonics” that means i cant get my broom back..so i stoped at 4

The only problem is the Black Lion Trader (Armorsmith) isn’t there, been to the location of him on the wiki yet still not there, did I miss something? have they taken him out for some reason?

There’s one in DR’s TP area (not the one you use the Royal Pass to get into).
