Hi all, great game im just having a problem with the whole “o” menu. When i go to the trading post or gemstore it just shows a spinning gold circle and never loads. I have left it up for an hour and nothing has happened, it has been like this since pre launch.

Any help would be great

Also i receive no error code and have disabled all firewalls

i have disabled compatibility mode and i have run as admin

I am having the same issue and it’s rather annoying as my boots are going to waste. I have restarted gw2 and that fixes it sometimes. But after a few uses it usually starts having the problem again.

After turning down the graphics settings it seem to have helped to make it load. If someone else is having the issue can i get someone else to try and report back to see if it is true?

I am having the same issue. I have never been able to view the TP on this computer, always a spinning gold circle. Computer in the den can access. Both machines are running Win7 64 bit, same network configuration.

This issue was entirely resolved for me when I switched to Win8 beta. The other issues I had (having to switch the .tmp to .exe in order to successfully update each new patch) was remedied as well. Interesting.
