Guild Wars 2

I was putting buy orders on armor and the “place order” button wouldn’t let me click on it. So I spammed it a couple of times(mostly out of frustration). Then I logged out and back in and tried again. Still the same thing… So I checked my buy orders and then saw that I had orders up for 150+ of the same item. I went to cancel the item(it let me) and then nothing… it did not give me my gold back. This is 90+ gold that it “ate”.

Yea bought some stuff and didn’t get it, but money was spent. Game is currently down so hopefully they’re doing something good.

Just (~15 minutes ago) removed a bid on an item. The bid was removed but the coin (4g5s54c) were not returned. :/ Please help? That might not be a lot to some but it’s the world to my character right now.

Lost aprox 5g thanks to this issue :/ (sold lots of items and i never got the gold). Hope it gets fixed.

Took about 16g from me and 700 gems. :c

I just had the same problem. I think I only lost about 15 silver before I realized what was going on, though.

same thing happened to me lost 4g

Lost a little under 3g to this issue.

Submitted a ticket so hopefully it gets resolved.

Well just got all my gold back…I spammed the “Take All” button and it popped up.

I have also lost a good 10-12 goldish from the trading post as well. My runes I had put just slowly started disappearing one buy one without giving me any money.

knew we shouldn’t of trusted those black lion pirates there taking our gold and the items….

The sad part is that if the Trading Post took the gold from your account, you won’t get it back.

I got an answer to my support ticket saying it was resolved, logged in and found that I received the gold from the items I sold. So just be patient and send a support ticket in.

Just a follow up post, everything’s been taken care of on my end. Thanks to all who fixed it, and a shout out to GM Alura of the Guild Wars Support Team for assisting!
