I had my mouse cursor on Jade Query while trying to transfer (I’m very new to the game so I was attempting to transfer to a friends server) However, when I hit accept it brought me to “Henge of Denravi” which is definitely not the one I requested. Help?

I paid for the gems, so it makes it more frustrating.

Since you are very new at the game, you can transfer your account for free by deleting all your characters.

Another option is to guest to the Jade Quarry server. You won’t be able to do WvW, or receive guild benefits from Jade Quarry, but at least you’d be able to play with your friend…

Just realized today that I’m on european server. I’m kinda in the same situation except I live in the US and when I first seleceted my world the list of servers that I had listed for me to choose from were european servers. I didn’t know that there were european/american servers and that what I was selecting a european server. Now my wife and I both are stuck in europe and can’t play with my new friends and family members who live down the street. I wish it had given me the option of american worlds instead of the european worlds. Now I’m level 80 and deletion is not an option. I didn’t even realize there was free transfer at one time. I would be settle for guesting if it was allowed between european/american servers. ‘sigh’ Someone mentioned one freebie world transfer. That would work. Then if I wan’t to change worlds again, its on me to deal with it or scrape of the money.

i tried transfering to jade quarry and for some reason it put me on a eu server where they speak french and i don’t know any other language aside from english. then i tried transfering months later this time i payed real money to get gems just for the transfer, now i am on another eu server and i didn’t even choose it. idk what to do anymore i’m frustrated and mad and to top it all off i read this and deleted all my characters to get a free transfer and i am still un-able to. so now i am just completly f’ed over. -.- please help i am so frustrated.
