Q:

I ended up booting my Guild Wars 2 today, but I realized I was on the European server. I can’t remember doing this. I live in Australia so NA ping should be a lot better.

I’ve read the following;
Deleting your characters lets you transfer for free.
And you keep the items on your character’s bank.

I want to know;
Do wardrobe items carry over?
Does currency carry over?
And do collectibles carry over?

Cheers for the help,
Ash

I think the best resource to answer your questions is the Guild Wars 2 Wiki, which I’ve updated a few times recently to make sure it contains up-to-date information in as complete a form as possible.

Please see this page: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Transfer#Transferring

I also agree that if you somehow ended up on a different world, you may wish to examine your account security with a careful eye. Check your inventory, character levels, and let Support know if you need help.

All items and gold in your regular bank carry over. The wardrobe is part of the regular bank and also carries over. The only thing that won’t carry over is your guild bank and any items in it, and of course any items in the inventory of a deleted char.

If you do not remember being on an EU server, it’s possible your account has been compromised. It would not hurt to change all your passwords for the email account associated with your game account, as well as your game password. Also, run scans to make sure of your computer’s security. Better safe than sorry.

Good luck.
