Using ATI HD 7770, try all the possible setting for graphics but still having this transparency issues some locations of the game.

My drivers is the latest as well. Tried with other games no issue at all
Any pro can help why is this happening? There is guide for people using nvidia but how about AMD ATI

i assume you guys running “native” rendersampling?
try set it to “supersample”, which even high-end systems can barely handle atm, subsample, which just look awkward or (best solution there is until this issue is fixed/patched) set reflections to “none”

What OS are you using?
The (WinXP only) 12.10 beta driver solved all disappearing terrain issues for my HD7750 on Windows XP.

This seems to be solely a graphics driver related issue, don“t expect much help from ANet on this one(as if). Complaining directly to ATI will probably help you more.

Go to nVidia control panel and disable Ambient Occlusion from “Manage 3D settings”

OP is correct. I was having the similar issues with transparent terrain. Hasn’t happened since I disabled Ambient Occlusion from nVidia control panel.
