I have just updated the game for the first time in weeks. I just logged in. Click on my Charr, start walking around and then the error Code=7:11:3:191:101 pops up and tells me I can’t play. Right, so I log out, log back in, etc.
After a few minutes I decide to login on my Sylvari. I didn’t get to log in (note the attached picture). I exited the game again and tried logging in again.
This time, I can log in, but I get something completely different. I am “logged in”, I can hear everything and see the mouse, but I cannot see anything. It is a blank white screen and the Code=7:11:3:191:101. This happens several other times on my Sylvari -not my Charr.
My Charr is at the Black Citadel and my Sylvari is at The Grove. I don’t think this has anything to do with location. Before my Charr got to the BC, she was somewhere else (I forget where she was).
This is getting extremely frustrating, since I just logged in after a several week hiatus. It seems like every time I log in now this happens. I’ve been reading that this has been occurring since last week when there was a new patch. I hope this is being resolved soon…
