Well, here are a few things you can try. Read this thread, Not Getting our Emails and see if it has any solutions.
Do a complete security sweep of your computer, including looking for keyloggers. After you are sure it’s clean, change the password on your email.
It sounds like you have several tickets going. This slows them down. All they do is read and close down any tickets after the first one. If you have extra tickets, close down all except the first one. Update the first one with any additional information.
If you think there still might be a problem with your computer’s security or your email and want to change the game’s email, close down the original ticket. Make a new one using the email that you want to switch to.

I have done a complete security sweep of my computer and found zero keyloggers/trojans. I have repeatedly changed my email password (atleast 4 times). This isn’t the first time i’ve had to open a ticket for gw2. Normally I receive an email notifying me that the support team has received my ticket, and to expect a response in a timely manner. I’ve yet to even receive a confirmation of my ticket..
I’ll delete the other two tickets i’ve created, but the first ticket i submitted was at the beginning of july… Do you really think it’d take the support team a month to do a simple password reset?? Most tickets i’ve submitted where answered within a weeks notice…

Your link helped, it was my email that was compromised… Now I’m wondering how i delete the tickets i’ve made…. Because every time i’ve submitted a ticket, i was signed/locket out of my account.

If you found any of the extra tickets just type at top, I no longer need help (and send them off). ^^ This closes them down.
If you found a response to your original ticket, update it and resend it to start it off again as the process is probably stalled by now since it’s so old.
