Hello

I just purchased this item with my festival tokens ( I know had them long time:)
And my receipt is not showing up in my artificer.
When I go to my guardian it says its already known. and my mage that has the profession just shows green, as in I can buy it for him.
I have attached picture for reference.
I believe these are account bound not soul.
What do I do?

Did you ‘learn’ it on your Artificer? You would need to double-click the recipe while it is in your Artificer’s inventory. The item (consumable) is account-bound, but the act of learning the recipe would be soul-bound.

when you use (double-click) recipes, they are only activated only on the character that used it. this is why your guardian knows the recipe and your artifactor doesn’t.

there isn’t much you can do, apart from either learn artifacting on your guardian, or re-buying the recipe for 25 laurels and 15g and using the recipe on your artifactor.
