Two PCs side by side, one lags, one doesn't

I have two machines on the same network both wired, previously both could play simultaneously without issue, suddenly today one of them will lag, bad, and either DC or eventually “play” everything that was happening while lagged in a fast-forwarded manner.

Yup that happens to me too. It was all fine before the 28th January, after that it incist in disconnect me or have lag spikes.
Today my count goes in 7 DCs, and ~20 Lag Spikes of some seconds.
Strange is two PCs side by side, and for some reason one started to have that issues, In my case is just 1 pc but that started to give me problems while playing from nothing. I can’t understand if It PC Related, Account Related, Server Related… Something is wrong.
Also, when it gives the “could not connect to server” error it gives me a BLACK screen I must close the Game by the Task Manager.

Nevermind. Both PCs are doing it separately now. Like they’re taking turns.
It’s blatantly obvious that something changed on -their- side, and I’m going to be annoyed when invariably someone comes to post to ask me to post a diagnostic that will tell them nothing useful when one of their network guys is likely already aware of and working on the issue. I just wish they’d actually pass THAT on to us.

That’s what they always do, I just can’t get help since january. They ask diags, then they say to change an hugness of things (firewalls, cables, repairs, reinstalls) when we played fine during months without an issue, nothing changed but since that day game decided to have this problems.
And after all of this, if you continue with the Issue they will blame your ISP, and then, you will not get any more than this in support. If I did installed drivers, or updated firewalls/anti-virus, etc.. It was a motive for I check because thoose things can cause this.
How Can’t I Blame ANet’s Side If the problems started after that Patch? I played all day fine, here in GMT the 28th came at night, after the update was the first time that I experienced lag spikes till today (became worse after the 13th patch)… Is it really my fault?
In my case I already talked with my ISP, and there is any issue, is always stable, even in Upload, Download and Pings.
But anyway I will keep posting in forums over and over again, since I’m here because the game just disconnected again with that Error and a Black Screen and i’m pretty annoyed since today it’s happening once per 30min of gameplay.
And Sorry, i’m just frustrated.

I never change anything on my PCs, ever.
If it works now, then it will work tomorrow. Why update things that will only potentially break something?
So I know for an absolute certainty that nothing on either machine changed in the slightest.

That’s my exact point. When we don’t do nothing, and the game start to have issues from nothing… Well something is wrong. It’s like PC get infected with an Online Virus while disconnected from the Net.
