So, i spent a large portion of my PVP rewards buying what i thought was berserker gear(was berserker gear on the tab i was buying from) so i happily kittend on a large part of the set for my guardian, i went to equip it and saw its somehow soldiers(what i already have) i just want the zerker equivalent, as i dont have the funds to buy it back.. how long does it take to get a reply on what comes next?

I set up a ticket about a week or two ago and recieved no response. i edited it a few times, just asking for followups and such

Well, typically it’s within 72 hours. But, right now, there seems to be an inordinate amount of tickets and the backlog seems really long.

All you can really do is update your ticket by replying to the email sent from the Team.

And ingame issue for me took 14 days to complete, I had forgot I posted the support ticket untill I got the item back in a ingame mail.

So just be patient is my advice.
