Please fix the UI issue with the 4K screen resolution. The UI is too small when the resolution is set at 3840×2160. I have to step down to 2560×1600.
They have never supported 4k, so its not a bug and dont need a fix untill they decide to support 4k.

That is incorrect . 4k resolution is available so is supported however the devs are too lazy and have not been allocated the funds to fix this, despite many requests and posts on the forum . OP , I don’t ever expect to see a fix for this issue .
Every time someone calls the devs lazy for not supporting 4K, 4K support is moved to the bottom of the pile.
For myself, my main issue playing at 4K is the size of the mini map – it seems its maximum size is dictated by pixels, and not size of the screen. I have to have it zoomed in at maximum level to be able to see anything, where as at a lower resolution, the minimap would effectively be bigger, and I could be zoomed out a step or two, and see more things.
So my only request would be to make the minimap more flexible on resize. To limit amount of information (so a player couldn’t see the entire map), perhaps as the player makes it bigger, it zooms in automatically to effectively make it so that the player can never see more of the map than they should.
I think this improvement would be useful beyond just 4K.

Devs are lazy x infinity = there it will never happen lol
If the UI and Resolution were disassociated like GW1’s UI was, the issue would be without worry. However, in all realism, to do so could take months if not years to complete. We’re talking a complete re-write of the majority of the baseline program, a huge chance that it will cause serious issues with other parts of the code, and then, if it gets that far, the testing in a separate environment so that it does not damage the base game would also be required.
Essentially, programming isn’t as easy as many people think it is. We’re talking the current build of GW2 could easily have more than one billion lines of code, all of which would have to be validated and checked for conflict if you change even one character in a random line.
