connection error detected..retrying
iv been getting this error message one week ago ! i cant find a solution on the enternet please help, here is a screen shot ( attachement)

Well I am having issues logging in but I think your issue is different.

You may need to allow the game past your firewall.
If you have a program like Peerblock running, you need to add NCSoft IP list to the allow lists.

I was having the same issue. I reset my computer and phone and it seems to be working now.

I can’t patch since the last update… 0kbps… QQ

thanks all but nothing works! i need serious support from devloppers.
its not the first time i run the game on this pc
iv added it to firewall exeption
iv reset my router
done all updates for my computer

nothing works ! i simply cannot join the game..and this started one week ago trying to figure out what is the problem !

thats the same issue im getting now.. Please GW2 developers help us fix this.

HELP NOW ! iv been waiting too long

I played fine yesterday, now I am getting this error also!

I am on a fresh install and having this problem while attempting to patch. Everything should be fine iv tried for a couple days now. Its really frustrating the only thing I can think to do is check my ports but im sure that they are fine.

do the game supports even read this ? fk it im going for the elder scrolls.

I have yet to see a good support reply about this subject on any of the many forums iv searched

iv been trying to resolve this problem for more than 2 weeks now ! hopefully i can spend time on planetside 2 waiting for ESO / Wildstar !!!

The forums are mainly community support once in a while a dev or someone from game support will post here but for faster response submit a support ticket. Also it might help if you post here your system specs and incase it is internet related your ISP and where you live may be helpful to. Some parts of the word are having internet issues getting into the servers located in the US.

so the problem is from me….because all my other games were unable to connect…warframe, wow, GW2
i can only connect to steam games like TF2, COD ghost i dont get it, anyone here can seriously help me ?

i was with videotron before, i switched to bell we have 3 computers in the house, since i switched to bell GW2 Warframe and wow were unable to connect me to servers, only planetside 2 and steam games..thats kitteng wierd i hate it when i cant solve something !
