lets make a story shal we?
it al began with guildwars 1, it was amazing and i played it non stop for mutiple years then guildwars 2 was announced i pre ordered it because well thats what i do…. so im so exicted its coming out and on the release date i had my game!!! woohoo! From there everything went downhill first after starting it up i played it but only to find out after restarting the game its doesnt work anymore; so i went to support and stil no answer(i reported day after release)… they are working on it they said so ok, i’m not bad with computers at all but after finding a possible solution i try to log on and play: account info changed i was hacked!! resetting this took bout 3 days(bit long if you ask me) and after resetting i got a message of hackers that had passwords and emails en used it on guildwars 2 so i gues i was a victim, big deal dind’t got to playing yet so could not have lost much. Finnaly after more then a week i was able to play(at least i thought), i logged in i got banned no reason! i went to support nothing for more then 4-5 days then i got automated message -.- getting really frustrated i look on forum people say they have given reasons for the ban so i look again: reason: 20 thirth party program.
stil waiting for unban.

SHORT STORY:
had some isseus then i got hacked: due to inadequate response from the support team it took more then 4 days to reset my account but i stil wasnt able to play due to technical problems. and now my account is banned (after resetting) for botting,cheating, etc. while i dindt even had the time to play.
